Azure Rest API

Hi All, i am trying to get the usage data for azure subscription, unfortunately it is responding with no data,

here is GET call,

https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/2XXXX4d-XXXX-XXXX-95X9-46510XXXXXX1/providers/Microsoft.Commerce/UsageAggregates/?api-version=2015-06-01-preview&reportedStartTime=2017-01-01&reportedEndTime=2017-04-18&aggregationGranularity=Daily&showDetails=true

with authorization herader as bearer token.

am i missing something here ?
