Azure B2B able to Stream?

We have many file and video need to be sharing to external. Sharepoint online able to share file by Azure B2B. However, Stream seems not able to support it.

    If you mean a workaround for B2B guests, then afaik no! A stream license is currently needed to use the stream service, which a guest won’t have
