AZURE AD Contacts problem

Unfortunately all the recommendations have already been tried, they are not in contacts, I only have 2 contacts there, external users.
From what I noticed, the contacts are in the Global Access List, and I could also see the orphan contacts using MsolService, now with MS-Graph I no longer see the orphan contacts, but they still appear when syncing with other applications.
