To ensure your Azure AD Connect Staging Mode server stays in sync, start by exporting the configuration from your active server and importing it to the staging server. Make sure that both servers are running the same version and that synchronization schedules are consistent. If the issue persists, reviewing logs for any errors during synchronization may help identify potential problems. - mmiltenbergerSep 20, 2024Copper ContributorI know where I can export the current configuration for the Active server, but everything I see on importing that onto the Staging server is only during installation of the Staging server. What if the Staging server already exists but needs a 'fresh' import, how is that accomplished? Or if I need to re-install the staging server in order to be able to import fresh, what are steps for uninstalling/removing the Staging server from participating actively to a state where I can start over with a fresh install in order to do the import that is offered during the installation?

Can I 'disabled' the staging server this way.... and then reinstall it to allow for the Import option to be utilized?
- Chris_toffer0707Sep 20, 2024Iron ContributorFrom my knowledge, you have to uninstall and reinstall the staging server to allow for import of configuration. It should be just uninstall from Programs in control panel, reboot and then reinstall and load configuration again.
