I don't know of any third party apps myself, but there sure will be.

Would like to know how to integrate with Azure AD ?
What needs to do in Azure AD to achieve this ?

    A 3rd party would create a Service PRincipal in your tenant that has permissions to search the users/contacts in your organization.
