Azure Active Directory Device Admins

Hi all,

We have a hybrid setup and devices joined to our onsite Active Directory are registered with our Azure AD system.

Under Device Administrators, I see it's possible to add more device admins. If I add accounts there, will they show up under Local Administrators on already joined devices?

All our devices are Win 10.
