I'm Wes. I've been involved with M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform events in the Minneapolis, Minnesota (US) for about 20 yrs. I run one of the local @CommunityDays events (used to be called "SharePoint Saturdays"). I'm just one of many folks in the MGCI community here to answer your questions and point you towards the right folks for what you're trying to do.

Hello Wes,
I want to start a new community user group for Copilot Studio in Brisbane, Australia.
When I attempt to create a user group - I received an internal error message (related to Graph).

I already host a User Group in

But due to recent changes - I want to migrate or create new group in techcommunity site.
My question is:
- How do I get the error resolved?
- How can I contact the support to get it resolved?

I am a Data Analyst based in Rome, Italy. I am very interested in getting involved with local technical events, community days, or user groups near me, especially those focused on Data Analytics, Power BI, and AI.
Could you please guide me on how to find or connect with active Microsoft community events or groups here in Rome?

I'm not personally familiar with the MS tech community in Italy, but we'll see what we can find. We'll see where your nearest Regional Lead is and if they have any input on user groups or events. Looking at Community Days.org, there aren't any events listed but there is a group that had an event a few years ago. It looks like they still have events but aren't listing them in Community Days. I found them here: https://www.beconnectedday.it/en/about They're not in Rome but might have insights or connections you can use to get connected.
Another group you might want to check with: https://www.meetup.com/power-bi-user-group-italy/
It looks like the same folks might be on LinkedIn as well: https://www.linkedin.com/company/power-bi-italy/?originalSubdomain=it
If you don't find anything locally, it might be an opportunity to spin something up yourself or with a group of peers (recommended - going alone is *tough*).

I'm here to learn more about the Community Days network and connect with others involved in organizing and supporting technical community events. It's great to see experienced organizers like yourself sharing knowledge and helping newcomers.
I've also been interested in learning how different events attract sponsors, engage attendees, and build strong local tech communities. Looking forward to reading everyone's experiences and contributing to the discussions.

Welcome to the community! Let us know what specific questions you may have. There are a bunch of recordings of previous training events that cover a lot of the topics you mentioned. It's a great place to start, but feel free to connect with folks and ask questions in this forum as well. It's a social group and folks love to tell their stories, give feedback, and share from their/our experiences!

Was on the MGCI call today for the first time and I am reading through some of the questions on this community page. Was wondering can you point me in the right direction for how I can get connected to any Microsoft communities in the Philadelphia region. We are a healthcare system in Delaware and I would love to connect with others in my region or have the opportunity to see what event are happening in that area. Great call and information today btw.

As for the community page here - IMO we're still getting our momentum going. Not a lot of activity quite yet, but we're trying to drive folks here with questions.
