Community Days Sponsorships
Are traditional sponsorship tiers (Gold/Silver/Bronze) holding community events back? What’s working better for you today?

Traditional tiers make sense when logo placement was the product. For most community events, that's not what sponsors are actually buying. Better results come when you start with the outcome the sponsor needs and build the package around that. It's more work to sell. But it's easier to renew.
What's the audience makeup at your events? That changes everything.

I think we went this direction without thinking about it. I don't remember when we last used "labeled" sponsorships. It's been a while.
Table sponsor
Table + Session sponsor
As simple as that for most of our sponsorships. I've seen others find success with sponsorships to cover specific costs (lunch, etc.), but our event moved away from that and went to the "pool" of funds approach.
