Best practices for Azure Event Hubs - multiple subscriptions

Question

We have a customer who has 36 subscriptions and only one is being sent to an on-prem SIEM(LogRhythm). The question was asked if you need a separate EH for each subscription or what is the best method to get all subscriptions sent to LogRhythm? Cost is a major factor in our customers decision.
