Viva Goals trial: Connect to Online Excel file problem and Approval workflow inactive

Hi Everyone.

I have a trial version of Viva Goals and I found some difficulties with two features:

1) Approval workflow activation.

    I've activated the approval workflow but I see not difference on OKR definition.     

   

   

2) Excel Online integration.

    I'm trying to check this integration but I get this message:

   

I've tried the alternative proposed on this other post , but Account Settings > Preferences > My Integrations > Excel Online > Manage and click on Re-authenticate is not available. I refreshed the connection but the error persists.

 

Does trial work differently?

What can I do to test both features?

    Dear Ana, regarding workflow we can see similar bug/issue.
    Firstly, approved OKR could be deleted (I reported this issue 2 days before your entry on March 6th).
    Secondly, I see similar issue on Trial license with large customer. The workflow function simply disappeared from Viva Goals completely, despite workflow activation is ON. The same description as yours.
    Here we need more explanation from Viva Goals product group, I suppose.
