I have one more question, I have set up to link to the data of a cell on an online excel file, I have entered data into that cell but I do not see the updated data on viva goal, do you know how often data is updated between viva goal and excel?

MicrosoftThe automatic updates happen every 1 hour, and the data should appear on automatic sync. You can also trigger the sync manually by clicking on the Excel icon for an integrated key result, and selecting the option for 'Sync'
