Hi Tuan_Nguyen_NKE, per your screenshot, there seems to be an issue with your connection. Could you kindly try to re-authenticate the connection and then proceed to set up the integration? You can re-authenticate your connection by navigating to Account Settings > Preferences > My Integrations > Excel Online > Manage and click on Re-authenticate to proceed.

    Thank you aarushiarora. it worked, thanks for your support! I have one more question, I have set up to link to the data of a cell on an online excel file, I have entered data into that cell but I do not see the updated data on viva goal, do you know how often data is updated between viva goal and excel?

      The automatic updates happen every 1 hour, and the data should appear on automatic sync. You can also trigger the sync manually by clicking on the Excel icon for an integrated key result, and selecting the option for 'Sync'
