Huge time taking while transfer data from Azure Synapses notebook to Azure Synapses SQL

- We utilize Azure Synapses, comprising Synapse Notebooks and Synapse SQL.

- After data transformation in Azure Synapses, we insert data into Azure SQL.

- In a specific scenario, we need to insert 42K records from an Azure notebook to SQL.

- Currently, it takes 3 to 4 hours, whereas our expectation is that it should take a maximum of 1 to 3 seconds.
