Security-Relevant Tools Coming to GCC High?

Are there specific roadmaps (or technical roadblocks) for cutting-edge tools in the commercial versions of M365 (Microsoft Threat Protection, information barriers, etc.) to make their way into GCC High?

    Not necessarily technical roadblocks, but capabilities must first move through our deployment stages (Private Preview -> Public Preview -> General Availability). Depending on the type/extent of the change it may require additional audits before the capability can be released. Finally, we must notify customers that changes are coming to the service before they are deployed.
