The customer plans to export the billing report using FOCUS but is unsure how RI data will be displayed in FOCUS. Is there an example available that demonstrates how RI data appears in FOCUS? Thank you!

Reserved Instance (RI) data in FOCUS is presented within the cost and usage details file, adhering to the FinOps Open Cost and Usage Specification. The dataset includes key fields such as CommitmentDiscountCategory, CommitmentDiscountId, and CommitmentDiscountName, which specify whether the associated discount is determined by usage quantity or cost. This structured approach ensures transparency in cost allocation and facilitates efficient financial analysis.
