Outlook 2019 Viva Issues

We are having issues with the daily briefings.

When users click on an action they get an error has occurred.

I have narrowed the issue down to Outlook 2019 as newer clients and the browser works without any issues, our organisation is looking at upgrading at some point over the next 6 - 12 months probably to O365 or worse case office 2021.

OS - Windows 10 22H2

Is this a known issue and is there a work around?
