Use same Yammer network with new Tenant

Hi Fasttrack 

If a company moves to a new Office 365 Tenant which causes a new domain - but  they still want to use the same Yammer network as they use now  - how do they avoid the users need to log in again due to the user's credentials "shifts" from: user1xxx@contoso.com to: user1xxx@fabrikam.com
