MS teams "alerting" and notifications

Hey community,

I am trying to figure out how to build a notification - "alert" of sorts within MS teams, with a criteria of the below:

• Different colour for alert message - specific to that team/channel 
  • This is instead of the standard MS teams purple - to highlight the importance/difference in notification than a regular teams message/chat 
  • Notification time to be longer, e.g. longer than the existing 3 seconds 
    • As above 
    • "urgent" trigger message 

      Is there any such ability to do so? And if there is any particular document to refer to then happy to read it through and find out.
