How to unlock Excel file with Deployment Checklist?

Hi,

I downloaded an Excel file called: Deployment_Remediation_Checklist.xlsx downloaded from: https://f*******.microsoft.com/pl-pl/portal.html#/partner-dashboard/*******/resources. I would like to change descriptions and Tasks into Polish language. I can't do it because application is password secuired. Where I can find this pass or how can I unlock this file?
