Hi Olip,
1. Check user mailbox is active in target tenant or not because it must activated in target tenant, if not than login with user , credentials, for activation activity.
2. check in target tenant uploaded csv user email primary smtp address is correct or not,
3. make sure use correct imap setting for GoDaddy
