Migration to AAD Pros & Cons
Hi everyone,
We have an on-premise environment, with Intune system working.
We have employees inside and outside our country, and that makes our administration a bit complicated.
I am asking for pros and cons regarding migrating our environment to AAD, including best practices or recommendations for the right way to be done.
We are constantly growing, thus need a stable solution, that will give us the flexibility to manage these devices.
Thank you,
Daniel

- OrCopper ContributorI can suggest you to have an hybrid infrastructure of cloud and on premise.
We are using Azure AD Connect to sync our local infra with our cloud infra.
In this specific page there are charts that helped us with our decision:

The are lots of pros, if you are not planning on killing your local infra than Hybrid environment is full of pros and almost no cons. - Chandrasekhar_AryaIron ContributorIf you are a Microsoft shop always suggest to go with AAD very few cons I can foresee other than the fact if you are in Multi cloud environment assuming the fact you want to enable JIT access for resources in AWS cloud then not really sure how to do but if u are in onprem and purely in Azure then go with AAD
The below Link is beautifully written documenting all the best practices
