Investigate external email

Dear Fasttrack Azure

I have issue Could you please help.

My cloud app is monitoring activity on it. and found out external email access to our SPO. But our tenancy locked Share data to outside from portal.

How do check destination SPO have been access? Why dont; share data then external still access?

    Thao_Dao_Phuong I'm  not sure, I understand what you mean, but I think you meant to say that you are monitoring the access to your SharePoint Online and apparently you found that an external e-mail address accessed your SPO. You want to find out how that was possible, because you are not allowing external access. I hope that is what you are asking. Could you please let me know where are you checking the sharing settings? Thanks in advance!

      Issue from MS, I open ticket and MS used their tool to analysis then see problem from system. and we have get this issue many time.
