Remove old thumnail photo appearing in Outlook/OWA
Hi All, Have an odd issue. We have an old thumbnail photo/Outlook photo appearing for a cloud only DL. I am trying to remove it but cannot find any trace of this photo in the environment. So...

How long has it been since you cleared the photo?
Are your Outlook clients running in cached mode or online?
- This is the thing, I've not managed to find the photo to clear.... I've recreated the distro about a month ago, clients are in cached mode but the image also appears in OWA
