Hello everyone, I am creating playbook in which user get mail notification about incident. I have done upto user gets mail if incident related to them. now i want to put yes/no option. so he can ...
This option will not work in my case. I have to just confirm from the user so "Send email with options" will work but not able to implement.may be "switch" or "condition" will work but how that is the issue.
You can try to send an email with one option - "Confirm".
