Using Microsoft learning videos with own audio

Hi,

I am doing a series of learning videos at my company. I would like to use Microsoft's videos, but they are not in Norwegian, and a lot of the employees wants Norwegian speech. It it allowed to use the videos that Microsoft makes for learning and then add my voice in Norwegian?

It's an 8-part introduction in Norwegian. Totals around 15 minutes.

We've used this, but are looking into making our own!

Thanks! Microsoft have also said that we can use their videoes and dub them. That saves a lot of time.

I've been having to do this for one of my clients. How many languages are you looking to have the content in, is it just Norweigian?
