Rule of thumb for number of champions
Wondering if anyone uses or knows of a heuristic for determining the ideal number of champions for Teams adoption or any other app. I assume number of users would be the denominator. Maybe nuances like use cases and scenarios for Teams use come into play. Would appreciate any thoughts on this.

It's not so much about the number of champions, but the qualities of the champions. You definitely want people that like to help out and are early adopters of technology. I strongly encourage everyone to create a champion job description that included estimated participation time for the champion. That way you can ensure quality champions in your 1:50 or 1:100 ratios.

hudsonvalley Great question!
You're absolutely correct that use cases are relevant in this decision. A safe bet is 1 champion for every 50-100 employees. But if you want to be extra sure, here are a few links that may help you make that decision.
