Maturity framework for digital transformation
Hello! I think this is a most excellent point. I attempted to start a digital literacy movement last year with this survey but sadly got little interest. Let's see if any of my MVP friends who worked on the Maturity Model have any thoughts on this and love MOCA. With perhaps a Copilot Agent! Thanks Lesley Crook and SharonWeaver! I've done some reading on the Maturity Model for M365, but it would be great to hear how it's implemented. I like how the levels are articulated and it seems like a great model from a governance perspective.
Maybe what I'm thinking about is change management required between the levels along with the additional skilling and resourcing needed to achieve them.
