New Outlook user adoption

In a nutshell: Hate the new Outlook.
I simply can't understand why a group would decide to change an app without keeping the good stuff of the previous version. Fortunately, I still had my previous version icon and was able to revert from the new imposed Outlook offered with O365 2026. For me, it is not so much about stability but how much easier it is to manage the previous version. In the new version, I searched during an hour on how I could have the two separate titles: "All" "Unread". Yes I did try the Read/Unread button but it did not do the job I expected. I love progress but not when I lose the functionalities that make an app simple and working well.
