MS Teams
I understand that the underline role of MS Teams is to negate the constant need for Outlook E-mail, however, we have some late adopters who wish to merge both technologies. Is there an internal option to duplicate Messages (Chat, documents updates, conversations) to Outlook recipients... Preview

- This would negate the forward progress you're making. You'd be better to invest time and bring the late adoptions into a training program showing them how it's easier to move forward in the new way of working rather than trying to take the solution backwards to them. They do get email notifications giving them updates on what they have missed. I have this asked of me regularly by clients and my answer is always, what Adoption program do you have and how are you managing it so it's sustainable e.g. for Laggards or an orientation program for new starters.
