Microsoft Teams Example KPI's

We are currently deploying a corporate wide delivery of Microsoft Teams. This is part of a larger adoption of the full compliment of the Microsoft 365 suite, but the primary focus is on collaboration and communication.

We have enlisted a number of digital champions as part of the roll out, but to evaluate the success of the adoption, we could use some sample key performance indicators on which we would request feedback.

Are there any examples of such metrics, we could use as a foundation?

    I am also looking for similar metrics to measure success for our Teams adoption strategy. 

    Karuana_Gatimu_MSFT recommended joining the champion call here(https://aka.ms/O365Champoins) where they will be discussing types of metrics that can be helpful and their application.

      Has this been completed? I am looking to measure my teams performance via Microsoft Teams, was wondering if you have any measures put into place already?

    First question to ask is Why? What are you implementing Teams for?
    Then How? How do you want users to do those tasks using Teams?
    From there you can build relevant KPIs as Teams can be used in different ways by different people and training can support best practice.
