Measuring success in Microsoft 365 & Copilot adoption
Indeed, checking the insight section can be very relevant. Of course, you can focus on the specific adoption of Copilot (or Copilot Chat) usage, but in terms of Microsoft Ecosystem adoption it's also very relevant to check the other usage metrics (in Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint, etc...). This are good indicators of where the next wins could be found.
We should consider Copilot not only as a single solution that is to be used, but also link it to the way its funtionalities can leverage the usage of Teams, Outlook, etc.
For example: when you have a couple of good agents you can use in your teams environment, you'll notice you'll use the Teams environment more often. Same for Excel (data analytics or reporting) or Powerpoint for example.
Traffic in tenant, overall active users increase metrics are also good indicators and KPI's from my point of view.
