Maturity Model for Teams Adoption?
Hi Karuana_Gatimu_MSFT, hope you're doing well! Do you any examples of adoption models for Teams? Less from our perspective as change practitioners, more from the business' perspective. For example, starting with Teams awareness, building their end users' proficiency, integrating apps and automating workflows, etc.
locoups You might want to check out the Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 (#MM4M365). It's not specific to Teams (we try not to make it about specific tools, but the goals those tools can support), but some of it might be useful for you.
