Maturity framework for digital transformation

That would be an excellent addition to the Maturity model that is authored by other MVPs and to our overall implementation framework.  I have to say HelloBenTeoh​ that we haven't standardized this in any way inside MSFT but most of the global practitioners I know take that into consideration when designing programs.  Also the reality is that most people don't get beyond about 200-250 level of skills across M365 and are starting from some deficiets when adopting something like Copilot because of a lack of formal training in the current-state underlying services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc).  It's definately worth another conversation.
