Thanks Lesley Crook​ and SharonWeaver​! I've done some reading on the Maturity Model for M365, but it would be great to hear how it's implemented. I like how the levels are articulated and it seems like a great model from a governance perspective.
Maybe what I'm thinking about is change management required between the levels along with the additional skilling and resourcing needed to achieve them.
