Inclusiveness Checker in Word
What does this feature check for? I am trying to check for things like; he, she, him, her, man, women, male, female, lady, boy, girl, aunt, uncle, sister, brother- but it does not seem to pick up on any of these. So I am wondering why not or if I am doing something wrong. I have it enabled and it finds things like "manpower" but I need it to do more. Any ideas?

Jodi-Ann_Winter it checks for words like manhours and suggests the use of gender neutral expressions like workhours. 🙂
Jodi-Ann_Winter have you turned on the settings for Gender Neutral? Go to File>Options>Proofing>Settings and tick on Gender Neutral:
