How are you keeping your associates up to date on Microsoft changes? HELP
This is helpful JoshPowerCoop ! Can you share the link where you publish the Sway? I am also really interested in this automated process for admin center tickets, would love to pick your brain on that!
Shikenya thanks for asking it's such a great question and we are also having the same conversations more in depth on our account because the customers are struggling too, particularly taking this further- our customer struggles with who is the accountable person/department for all of the updates that come through the messaging center. For that, there is a change management VBD we are thinking of. We also do run monthly Technical Update Briefings (TUBs) via Unified support to share the big updates and deprecations. It's led by the pinned CSA Joe Schaeffer who understand the environment and can cherry pick the updates that will matter most to our customer.
This thread just underscores the need for Microsoft to disseminate a baseline process with the foundations of what should be done, and then folks can customize and add on as they need to. It seems like we have all the resources right within this group
