Digital champion network benefits

Hiya

I am refreshing our network of digital champions and wanted to hear from others on what benefits they provide to their champions e.g. 'what's in it for them'? 

I have the usual special events & newsletters, early access to new technology, access to Microsoft community and developing soft and technical skills but wondering if there were any other great 'non-financial' benefits we can incorporate.
