Yes, I'd also like to know where my previous documents are stored. Not having "tech support" capabilities and relying on this tech community is unacceptable as a paid customer. In 2024, why would an update delete prior documents and more importantly, where is the common curtesy of alerting your customers allowing them the opportunity to retrieve these documents? All of this and more to include this non user friendly version, is unacceptable. Look how long its taking tech support to reply to this comment.
