Champion Management Platform Leaderboard filters

We are getting close to deploying the Champion Management Platform in our organization and have been testing that application.  When I first started collecting information and presenting to our IT leaders, I found screen shots of the Leaderboard where users could filter by Region.  But our test environment doesn't have this filter.

This would be so helpful in our organization to allow users to find a champion in their timezone/region.  

Was this feature dropped? or is there a way to add it?
