Suddenly all These Net Framework Errors

Question

It started with Hauppauge WinTV10 Errors.&nbsp; This application requires the following versions of NET Framework&nbsp; v4.0.30319.&nbsp; Every time I tried to install this version it failed or said it was already installed.I have been going around in circles for weeks try to fix this problem! Now some other programs are also requestion different versions of Net Franework.The Framework Repair tool did not help. Uninstalling and reinstalling the progrm did not help.Going to Control Panel and selecting Windows features to be installed did not help.I need to get this program to work or&nbsp; my Capture Card is useless! @ wonder if theres a certain reason why support up to today STILL hadnt responded to this one.
I must admit, its a shame looking for some of their kind that 9/10 of all problems are windows-made but microsoft the last u can ask about since service is a dead cow.

But it reached its peak allready, win 10 will be my very **bleep** last microsoft produkt ll buy.
Im done with this humiliation of service standards
