How to test sensitivity labels before rollout?
I'm about to roll out sensitivity labels in a organization. I had planned a test phase where labels are applied to documents and mentioned in the footer, but protective mechanisms aren't enabled yet...
It should definitely be possible to use in that way.
You could configure DLP to inform users with Policy Tips to semi-achieve what you are after.
Just the Policy Tip, and no action. Then add the actions when your users are informed.
