Custom Attributes with 1 to Many relationship
Hi All,
I am looking to enhance an asset (report) by adding custom metadata fields, such as subscription details. However, each report can have multiple subscriptions, creating a one-to-many relationship. Since managed attributes do not support this, what is the recommended approach to address this in Purview?

If the number of options is limited, you could set up a multiple choice field that contains all options. You could then select all relevant options for the asset.
Please be warned that the multiple choice field is quite limited in it's functionality. For example, it doesn't sort alphabetically. Everything you add later, is added at the bottom. Also, it is not possible to delete options from the list later.
Another solution could just be using a text field and using a character like ; to distinguish between the inputs.
