Viva Connections errors with IOS / Apple phones

Hi everyone! 

We are working at BCD Travel to implement Viva Connections mobile. We have set it up (Dashboard cards, Feeds with audience targeting, Resources that align to our global navigation) and have it working well on Android devices. But we can't get it to work on Apple devices. All of our IOS testers are getting errors.  We have submitted a case and are working with our C-SAM, but wondering if anyone else is looking to launch Viva Connection mobile and if you have any advice. Thanks!

    Hello BethGleba 

     

    I use my IOS device (apple phone) with Viva Connections all the time.  I'm wondering if this is resolved for you now with the exploration of the case as well.
