How to crawl Service Now Knowledge Space in Viva Topics?

NandaEvol365 This functionality is already shipped within Microsoft's internal tenant and we are on track to release the functionality to the public before the end of the month. Upon release, you will see a new option to perform topic discovery using ServiceNow as a source in the Viva Topics admin center. With this setting enabled, Viva Topics will index all ServiceNow knowledge base articles and use this content to generate new topics as well as augment existing topics.
