Feature Request: SharePoint web part to display filtered/specific Topics

This is a request for updates/modifications to the existing SharePoint webpart "Topics"

Currently there isn't any way to control which topics appear - and as we're building a knowledge management tool, we want to display segments/tagged topics on specific pages. We are trying to find a "highlighted content" like webpart control that let you display topics on pages by filtering for:

• Topic Title
• Segments - display all topics that are included in a particular segment
• Topic "contains" filter text
• Columnar filters - since published Topics are Pages, can we use columns to further "tag" topics by topic (example: a column called "Department")
