Co managed devices on intune Pilot - SCCM keeps updating WUSUS and Windows update Registry settings

Hi all ,

I am testing Intune Pilot and having trouble finding the setting in SCCM to exclude a specific collection from a policy that is not getting applied via SCCM compliance Policies or AD GPM . 

This Reg. Update setting is getting applied on all SCCM clients resulting in windows failing to look for updates from endpoint Manager instead pointing to WUSUS .

Any Idea where this setting would be and how to exclude few machines from it ?
