Changing from Defender to Symantec SEP.

I recently deployed to the final overall group of clients the Symantec SEP. Since then I have noticed the client health checks has gone down the tubes. Right now the I have almost 90% of the clients changed over and they are doing well. As you may know it automatically disables Defender. Now the Client checks fail as Client eval is effected.
