WVD in Azure for Single App

I have an on premise Citrix environment that is only supporting a single application for 30 users at the moment. I would like to get rid of this Citrix environment and move the single application to Azure. Is WVD my most cost effective option in Azure or is Windows Server with RDP a better option? Or is there a better third option? I'd like to know now others would handle this.

    SKing35  If you have a single app you can proceed with WVD AS per your requirement basis you get different options Personal WVD and  Pool WVD the cost is also effective.

    Is it a desktop app or a web app ?   

     

    If it is a desktop  App WVD is the best way

    If it is a web app you can use App service, Iaas VM behind App Gateway or consider containerized workloads with Docker + AKS
