Visibility of VM's for Office 365 client

A little while ago I setup a VM for a client and a subscription in the new Azure portal when logged in as the client's own account, but when I login as the Tenant Global Admin, I'm not able to see any of this information in the Azure portal. Is this correct? Also, when setting up Azure services, should I be setting them up using the Global admin in the future? Thanks for any advice.

    Hi Jason,

     

    Tenant Global Admin account is on higher level than subscription.

    Global Admin can manage AzureAD (configuration, users, groups etc.) but not always resources in subscription.

    You must check if this account have correct rights on Subscription level (Owner, Contributor etc.) in ARM model.
