what are the services that is better to be on-primes rather than on-cloud?according to your opinion

- Traditionally (for a cloud-first organisation) on-prem resources are reserved for sensitive/ obsolescent workloads. The actual service will depend on what the workload contains - an example could be a local network dedicated to secret workloads.
very difficult to say as of today almost all the services are available in Cloud for on-prem i can think of anything that Azure doesn't support preferred to be on prem or else you have any specific compliance or Latency requirements
